  1. This is from the Last Judgement (the Deesis – intercession of John the Forerunner (Baptist) and the Virgin Mary on the behalf of mankind at the Second Coming of Christ. It is in the Parecclseion of Chora (Kariye Djamii) where the Anastasis is located, but this is not the Anastasis (Resurrection of Adam and Eve).
